Hey everyone, today I want to share my experience with something called the “Aztec horoscope calculator.” So, I came across this thing while browsing, and it caught my eye. I mean, who doesn’t love a good horoscope, right?
I started digging around to see what this Aztec horoscope was all about. Turns out, it’s not your typical zodiac thing. It’s based on the ancient Aztec calendar, which is pretty different from what we’re used to. Instead of twelve months, they had these 20-day “months.”
First, I had to find out how to calculate it. I found some information, like people with the sign “Monkey” are supposed to be determined, loyal, and beautiful. That’s cool, I guess. There’s a list of dates that fall under each sign. It’s like, January 1, 13, 25, and so on. The monkey sign is called “Ozomatli” in their language, which is Nahuatl. It’s the eleventh day sign of their calendar.
Then there’s this concept called “Nahual.” It’s something everyone has, like your own personal animal based on your birth date, time, year, and place. It sounds pretty deep, to be honest. I spent some time trying to figure out what my Nahual might be, but it got a bit confusing. It involved this thing called “tonalpohualli,” which is a divinatory count of 13 x 20 days.
There is also this “Cipactli,” which means “crocodile” or “caiman.” It was the first day of their calendar, and “Cipactonal” was like the first diviner. There’s a whole lot of cosmology involved, which I didn’t fully understand, but it was interesting to read about.
I tried to find out which sign I was born under in the Aztec calendar. I went through the dates, and it was a bit of a hassle, but I think I figured it out. Not sure if it’s accurate, but it was fun to try. I mean, matching dates and trying to see where I fit in was kind of a cool experience.
Overall, it was a pretty interesting dive into the Aztec horoscope. It’s definitely different from what I’m used to, but it was cool to learn about a different culture’s way of looking at astrology. It made me think a bit more about how different people connect with the universe, you know?
So yeah, that’s my little adventure with the Aztec horoscope calculator. It was a fun way to spend some time, and I got to learn something new. If you’re into this kind of stuff, maybe give it a try and see what you find out about yourself. Maybe you’ll discover your own Nahual or something!
