So, it’s July, and guess what? We’ve got another full moon coming up, and this time it’s in Capricorn. Not once, but twice in a row! I ain’t no astrologer, but I do like to mess around with tarot cards during these moon phases. I grabbed my tarot deck and got to work, trying to figure out what this full moon means.
I started by looking up some info about this particular full moon. Turns out, it’s happening on July 21st at 6:17 a.m. Eastern Time. And it’s not just any full moon – it’s the second one in Capricorn this season. I heard it brings some grounding and motivating energy, helping us see our achievements and goals more clearly. Sounds pretty good, right?
My Tarot Spread
Now, onto the tarot part. I decided to do a simple spread to see what kind of energy this full moon is bringing. I shuffled my deck, focusing on the Capricorn full moon, and pulled out four cards. I laid them out in front of me and started interpreting them one by one.
First card I got was the 4 of Pentacles. I’ve read that this card represents the decan 3 of the Capricorn full moon, so it makes sense that it showed up. But then, things got a little interesting. The next card I pulled was The Devil. Apparently, these two cards are supposed to be interpreted together.
I spent some time looking at these two cards, thinking about what they could mean in the context of this full moon. I also jotted down some thoughts in my journal, trying to connect the cards to my own life and goals.
Adding Some Crystals
I also read somewhere that certain crystals can help channel Capricorn energy. I dug through my crystal collection and found a few that seemed fitting. I placed them around my tarot spread, hoping they’d amplify the energy I was working with.
- Clear Quartz: I always go to this one when I need clarity, and it seems like Capricorn is all about that.
- Garnet: It’s supposed to help with grounding and manifesting, which ties into that whole achievement and goal vibe.
- Black Tourmaline: Good for protection and getting rid of negative energy – something we could all use during a full moon!
I spent the rest of the evening meditating on the cards, journaling, and just soaking up the energy of the full moon. It felt good to take some time for myself and reflect on where I’m at and where I want to be. This Capricorn full moon seems like a good time to start some new projects, especially related to work or health. I’m feeling that extra willpower already!
Overall, it was a pretty chill but productive evening. I’m excited to see what this full moon brings and how I can use this energy to make some positive changes in my life. I’ll probably do another tarot spread closer to the actual full moon, just to see if anything has shifted. Gotta love these moon phases!
