So, I’ve been digging into this whole astrology thing lately, and I gotta say, it’s pretty wild. Today, I decided to check out what’s up with J. Cole’s horoscope. You know, just for kicks.
First off, I had to find out when the guy was born. Turns out, his birthday is January 28, 1985. Born in Germany, no less! I plugged that into one of those astrology sites, and boom – his zodiac sign is Aquarius. I always thought he seemed like an independent thinker, so that kinda fits, right?
Then, I started reading about what it means to be an Aquarius. Apparently, they’re all about being strategic, brilliant, and astute, which sounds pretty accurate for J. Cole. I mean, the dude’s lyrics are complex and he’s definitely got a unique way of looking at the world. But some of the sources said his Moon sign and Ascendant sign are Taurus, which is also interesting.
I also found some stuff about other signs that are supposedly good for rapping. Like, Geminis are known for being quick-witted and adaptable – that makes sense. And Leos? They love attention and they’re super confident, which you kinda need if you’re gonna be up on stage, spitting rhymes. J. Cole is definitely not a Leo, but the confidence part? Yeah, he’s got that in spades.
I even stumbled across something about Ophiuchus. Never heard of it before, but apparently, it’s some “13th sign” that’s not always included in the usual zodiac stuff. It’s supposed to be between Scorpio and Sagittarius. No idea if J. Cole would be into that, but it’s an interesting little tidbit. A little bit of searching tells me it is not his sign.
Here’s What I Did:
- Looked up J. Cole’s birth date.
- Figured out his zodiac sign (Aquarius).
- Read up on Aquarius traits.
- Checked out other signs that are good for rapping.
- Learned about this Ophiuchus thing.
Honestly, I don’t know how much I believe in all this horoscope stuff, but it’s definitely a fun rabbit hole to go down. And hey, if it helps me understand J. Cole’s music a little better, then why not? Maybe next, I’ll try to figure out what his music tells us about his personality, based on his sign. That could be a whole other adventure.
Anyway, that’s my little astrology deep dive for the day. Now I’m gonna go listen to some J. Cole and see if I can spot any of those Aquarius vibes in his songs. Peace out!
