Okay, so, it was the new moon in Capricorn, and I decided to do a little tarot reading for myself. I’m not a pro or anything, but I find it’s a nice way to, like, think about stuff and maybe get some clarity, you know?
So, I started by finding a quiet spot in my apartment. I lit a couple of candles, and put on some chill music. Just trying to get in the right headspace. Then, I shuffled my tarot deck while thinking about what I wanted to focus on. This new moon is supposed to be all about career goals and long-term plans, so that’s what I had in mind.
I laid out the cards in the spread I found online. I don’t remember all the positions, but it was something about challenges, opportunities, and what to focus on. As I turned over each card, I took a moment to look at the imagery and see what came to mind. Like, what vibes did I get from it, you know?
- The first card was about challenges, and I got The Tower. Major upheaval, right? It kind of freaked me out, but then I thought, maybe it’s about breaking down old structures that aren’t working for me anymore.
- The next card, about opportunities, was the Star. This felt way more positive. Hope, inspiration, following your intuition. I like that it means believing in my own ability to achieve my goals.
- Then there were cards about what to focus on and what resources I have. Those were more about practical steps, like networking and staying organized.
Journaling and Affirmations
After I finished the spread, I grabbed my journal and jotted down some notes. I wrote about each card and how I interpreted it in relation to my own life. I also wrote down some of the affirmations I found online, like, “I trust my intuition to guide me toward the path of success and fulfillment.” Cheesy, maybe, but it felt good to write them down.
It was a really chill experience. I know some people might think it’s a bit woo-woo, but for me, it’s just a nice way to reflect and set some intentions. Especially with this new moon, it felt like a good time to think about my career and what I want to achieve in the long run. Plus, it gave me a chance to use my new tarot deck that I had bought for a couple months.
So, yeah, that was my new moon in Capricorn tarot experience. If you’re into this kind of thing, I definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s a fun way to tap into your intuition and maybe get some new perspectives on things. I guess this time I can really do something to make my career dream come true!
